Service includes

Meeting face to face up to four times including a consult and completion of legal paperwork; a meeting to discuss and get to know you and what you want in your ceremony; rehearsal (if required); and of course your wedding.

Crafting a tailored wedding ceremony suited to your specifications. All drafts of ceremony will be sent to you for approval so you know it will be delivered exactly how you imagined.

Completing all legal paperwork and sending to BDM.

Providing guidance and information surrounding marriage, how to write your vows and things you can add to the ceremony to give it your unique touch.

Providing Equipment required to perform the ceremony (AMP, microphone, Speakers, documents, pens, etc)

Frequent check ins to help ensure everything is as you want it for the big day.

Delivering ceremony
​This service does not include:

Travel and accommodation (if required to stay onsite overnight) if exceeding over 30km outside of base location to ceremony.

MC for your reception. This comes at an additional cost of $50 per hour.​Service Cost: $1200 (including $100 booking fee that cannot be refunded)

Total cost: $1200

Pricing structure and refunds
Booking payments:
To secure a booking date a $100 deposit must be made.
This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due in two instalments:

50% after first meeting to craft ceremony

50% one month prior to ceremony

Cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations made prior to 60 days before the event date:
Client will receive a full refund of all monies paid within 14 business days, minus the $100 deposit.

Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days prior to the event date:
Client will receive a 50% refund of all monies paid within 14 days, minus the $100 deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date:
Client will forfeit all monies paid.
The Celebrant reserves the right, in some circumstances to provide refunds outside the above-mentioned terms.
Celebrant cancellation:
The Celebrant may cancel any booking at any time.
If the Celebrant decides or needs to cancel a booking, all payments made will be refunded to the Client including the initial booking deposit.

The client is responsible for paying any charges imposed by the venue or required to access the venue.
These charges may include, but are not limited to, parking and rehearsal in venue.
